Inter to All
Not sure what the appetite for information like this is but might be useful to see what we have coming through the various ages at the moment in regards to training etc.. (I've blanked attributes in case people didn't want them put out in public).

(20yrs)

(19yrs)

(18yrs)

(17yrs)

Yep Phelan at 19yrs is the Number 1 and Walsh is ok (also 19yrs) but nothing else really although that is something i could take to train if anything crops up.

Sum skills might be helping a few players on that list that are horrendously unbalanced (1-3 pace but high passing for example) which is the territory with U21 players. The attack is where i am most concerned the older groups 20/19 need pops in important areas and other than Adrian Adams at 17 its a bit lacking for what i think is probably the most important positions on the pitch at U21 level. As a big user of wingers to only have one in Robinson is a bit of a problem so would encourage someone to take one on to train.

I like these tabs, I like how someone has their work organized like this.
Is there any chance you could add a touch of my curiosity to YOUR work and throw in an additional tab with the names of the teams that train these players? :-)

PS. How do you rate your team after two games? :)

Thanks, i just find it easier to assess and compare players against eachother. For sure i can add the teams onto them as an additional tab, thats easy enough to do.

As for the first two games thats a bit of a tough one, some positives and some negatives.. I've tried to mostly use u20 players (in advance of the Druids cup which starts in August i think) so naturally the opponents have been stronger and i wasnt expecting wins if im honest. As someone who isn't a huge fan of 5 man defences, the 4 man has held up well enough for me to focus more on getting the attack going and creating more shots on goal. so that is something i will need to look at with tactics/personnel. Saturday's game should be a good test that im looking forward to.

On the plus side everyone at bots/bankrupt teams that ranked on the charts was listed and sold to new clubs, as a small nation we cant really have players stagnant so thats good :)
