Subject: Should I build?

Right I have 500 fans now and will win my league. My stadium is still only at 3100.

I only have 50k in the bank but am seriously tempted to just build 1000 seats anyway, and go 70k in debt.

What do youse think? Is it stupid to put myself in debt or should I just go for it? I currently make about 12k a fortnight

1000 seats it's a 7,5k euro more per game.

have You full stadium in most of games? i sugest to wait on end of season - You will get end season bonus - then bulid about 2000 seats.

I was thinking it might have made more sense to build now, get the extra money from my 2 remaining home games, and then hope the end of season bonus would cover the rest of my debt

remember that You will pay two times 25K for project of stadium

and - debet will take 12K, You will have only 7,5k profits every two weeks. so it can't cover it.

when You bulid a stadium every time You pay for disign of it - 25K - so better bulid one time 2k seats, no 1k two times

i would built benches first before building seeats. u shud be able to afford alot more and u get good prices for them - especially behind the goals

Long term, it is better to build seats everywhere (including behind the lines, as when you get around to roofing the stadium, you get more money for seats than benches).

but its too expensive at the start and it doesnt offer a return greater than benches until you do actually put the roof over it (behind the lines)

sure its cheaper in the long run but that extra money earlier on is more beneficial in setting up your training regime and youth squad than the saving you make in the long run when money is no longer a problem after a few seasons. thats the way things have worked out for me and i can now easily afford to invest in an expensive keeper and have put up 10k roofed seats in 2 portions of my ground in the last half a season - approx. 6mill which my youth squad and training regime has given me

While we're on this topic, I have about 570 fans, 2000 benches along each sideline and 500 terrace places behind the goal and always have my stadium full. What way should I spend my money on my stadium? I have about €500,000 to spend if necessary.

You're likely only just filling it. I'd either add 2000 benches behind the goals or increase your touchline benches to 4000 each. Personally i'd only do one of those and increase by 2000 because you wont sell out more than 7000 seats.

benches behind the goals (corners count as behind) are worth more in ticket value so i would improve there first

i meant that when u improve along the line you want to create seats there, not benches. its more of a waste to create benches along the line and then replace them because thats where you will build seats first

meaning behind the goal benches are worth more in construction costs vs ticket value for selling the bench than anything else and wont have to be replaced as early on as benches along the line
