i get you, but it seems market is not paying 11m eu... i see him at least 2 times in tl this week and he wasnt sold... so maybe his price is not what you are asking... he is an amazing winger but maybe the days prices are not there...
Most the time when put on fixed price the player isnt sold, i think youll get close to 11 if maybe not even 0,5-1 above if you just list him at deadline weekend for 2 euro
When you list cheap, people get to mark the player so they remember deadline, and low start often lead to bidwar on good players
