these are assistants and junior coach levels. These wages will probably be no where near correct compared to a Head Coach as you pay for what you need. Thats why its more impornant to get cheaper assistants and youth coach.

When recruiting or buying a assistant or youth coach remember the more equal the skills the cheaper the wage i.e

Hmm, that average wage for incredible seems to be the lowest wage...

Also, it is not neccessarily the more equal the skills, the cheaper the wage. I have seen several coaches with very low 'keeper and stamina and higher than average for the other skills with very low wage.

added redjims findings to my post

its worth noting that these wages are relevant more for assistant coaches and youth coaches then they are to head coaches. you pay a lot more for a low level if they have unearthly skills. e.g. a weak coach with unearthly in 1 skill will cost around 1500. i have an outstanding coach that costs 17500 which is high, but he has 5 unearthly skills + brilliant stamina which makes him a good wage.

would be good to have a guide to wages per unearthly or magical+. and seperate out Keeper which costs more

e.g.
1 unearthly min / max / keeper
2 unearthly min / max / inc. keeper
etc.

it would be good, but unless you want to take on a lot of research as it would be very difficult to get a guide built up for head coaches. There's so many variables to it. I'm sure red jims min and max table gives the rough idea of the head coaches. I.e the higher end would be with higher keeper level.

he might be working on something like this now though? he is usually taking in data on everything.

i pay a reasonable price for a brilliant head coach. Just took the one with lower keeper skill
