Subject: will i go up?

the top team in my league is bankrupt and should have gone by now. i am 3rd and didnt know if i would be going up or not becuase of the top team being bankrupt? any help please

you will go up if you are in 1st place - unless you lose a qualifying match.

to juicy beef looking at your team u dont wanna go up,you would get whalloped every week if you was in series III which would just be disheartining.youve only been in the game since january so id advise u just to build,buy trainees and keep a couple of older players and go from there.if you havent read robnobs newbie guide then read it as its very helpful.when i first joined i was in series IV for 2 seasons then went up then lost a playoff and got relegated,this really screwed my team up and fans were screwing,when i went up for a 2nd time my team were prepared,and now(touch wood) im doing ok.hope this helps good luck

my program for the new starter is:

work out how training works
invest money in training
make sure you are breaking even
amuse yourself playing games and working out tactics, etc but don't take it too seriously

eventually your trainees are ready to sell and the money is used to fund your progress to higher levels

same goes for u vancian wise words...people that start up in sokker need to know that it is a long process and it wont happen straight away,u need to build. congrats in winning the prem league mate well done :)

ive spent 4 seasons in Iv and i think im ready for III, yep spend a few seasons in Iv and only go up when you have money and some decent players, best of luck
