i got two trainers

one
G.G. Sherman, age: 53,
club: NYsharks, country: USA
wage: 1 750 $
adequate coach

Training effectiveness:
solid of stamina, adequate of keeper
solid of pace, solid of defender
unsatisfactory of technique, adequate of playmaker
weak of passing, unsatisfactory of striker

and the other

Tyson Ventura, age: 46,
wage: 17 925 $
club: NYsharks, country: USA
outstanding coach

Training effectiveness:
formidable of stamina, formidable of keeper
very good of pace, solid of defender
incredible of technique, brilliant of playmaker
unearthly of passing, brilliant of striker

the best one is the head coach and the other one is coaching the junior team, should i leave it like that or put the best coach on the junior team?

well the wage on the second trainer is a little high, you can find a trainer with a wage of 4K that has unearthly at the skill that you are currently training , no sense in wasting money that you don`t have in the C-league :) , once you want to change the training you will change the trainer as well with another one that has the same wage but unearthly at the new training skill. And also the assistants help as well with random pops ,so you might consider for the money difference getting 3 solid coaches, the skill don`t matter as long as they are solid coaches(4 x 4.5 K = 18K , just the wage on this trainer , and you will have much higher performance)
