Subject: Managing Form...

What's the best way to manage player form? Just play them once a week?

That is a hard one. Form is pretty much random. There is no for sure way to keep players in the best form. Sometimes players just live with horrible form and it is very sad.

yeah, i've got a possible U21 striker i can't get above weak form, and its been that way for 2+ seasons... tried him at both ATT positions, playng once a week, in both games... just about everything. no success... very depressing.

same here. I've got a 19 yo defender with really good secondaries that could have a shot at the NT, but his form has never been above Good while he was on my team.

okay...so ive had this idiot for 12 weeks and even though he is popping and stuff his form never goes above hopeless...and when it hits hopeless it always falls to tragic again. what do i do to get his form up? or is he just retarded?

i got the same thing with a uber trainee of mine. try moving him around your formations. i think my guy actually wants to be a defender, and i turned him into a striker. eitherway, i've got his form up to good ONCE in the last 3 seasons...

dont buy crappy form starters if hes a starter

yeah i have learned that lesson. i bought him early on so i didnt know what to look for lol

what are the parameters of this player who is nt consideration?

here is mine. the one week he played he had "good" form. but can't get him back up that high.

formidable stamina hopeless keeper
magical pace excellent defender
solid technique poor playmaker
solid passing outstanding striker

and yes i know. he needs more tech. but i don't train it...

potential German U21 player actually. And he's 20 now =/

Just when I thought he was turning over though, He had had formidable form last week, he's dropped back to average form =/
