Players train to their maximum potential when they are 23 or younger. From 24-30 they progressively train slower, and also can lose skills slowly the older they are.

i was pretty sure 21 is the last year they train fully... ?

you can train 22 and 23yos effectively, and true stars are worth training up to 26

but that wasnt really his question

Greer is 27YO and he's popping from incredible to brilliant in 7 weeks.....
