I'd suggest getting a more formal mentor to go through questions with one-on-one. The forum is good, but you really need someone to go through initial your roster in detail, telling you what to train (and why) and who to sell or fire right away.

Dude your suppose to be the manager not your mentor! I read some fro stuff and doing my own thing and it works for me.
