what is the recommended general skill for assistant coaches?

depends very much on your budget. When I got promoted from C league to B league I was able to improve my assistants from 3 solids to 3 excellents.

does changing a head coach have a direct effect on the way your players play?? i .... went from 19 goals to 4 against bots. what the .... is going on?

whats it matter... lol with that GD I don't think ANYONE will be able to catch you for an auto promotion.


did your strikers form lower from last week?

excellent/good/good/ for the 3 that played?

well, your head coach average skill level influence the players tactical discipline. I haven't check your match, not sure what youare talking about.

lol their forms actually got better... :( i dont know since i changed my head coach it seems my players dont do as well.

besides tactical discipline does the head coach have an effect on anything else?

Chalk it up to the increased randomness.
