I think im more variable with tactics - and after many years of playing NT i can the thing, witch is different for club and Nt i set that tactics and choose players, and in club you choose the players first, and then set the tactic.
btw the way other club will play is much more predictable, so its easier to get a counter-tactic

Oricine a mai activat la NT ca antrenor (sau macar a pregatit 1 meci) stie acest lucru, si te asigur ca sunt multi destui useri romani care sa cunoasca aceste detalii si care sa utilizeze foarte multe tactici. Sunt useri (chiar si eu) care au testat in mod special vreme de cateva sezoane tactici la echipa pentru folosul NT si in detrimentul echipei de club (inclusiv AAAlin a facut acest lucru), deci nu neaparat aceste lucruri pot fi un plus fatza de antrenorii anteriori.
In privinta norocului in ce priveste culoarul la turneul final, intradevar Romania nu a fost prea avantajata, dar acest lucru nu poate fi un plus pentru unul sau altul dintre candidati

Anyone who has worked in the NT as a coach (or even prepared a game) knows this, and I assure you that there are many Romanian users enough to know these details and to use many tactics. Are users (even myself) that specifically tested for several seasons at the team tactics for the benefit of NT and against club team (including AAAlin did this), so this may not necessarily be added by coaches face previous.
Regarding the color of luck in the tournament, Romania was not really too advantage, but this can not be added to one or other of the candidates

im absolutly far from saying your coaches are bunch of idiots or sth like that. i just feel, that i have a good tactical approach and can assure top-detailed tactics for the NT. aaalin is good, but he had his chance and failed. and nothing seems to say, that he progresses somehow during that time.

Loczenty, we respect your achievements, but i tell you again, loosing 2-1 to Polska is not a fail in my opinion. I agree with the magic touch and especially the luck, but lack of these are not synonym with fail :) I'd really like to see you trying to win a trophy for Romania one day, but not today :P Good luck!

i must admitt, the romania game was the most exciting in my whole SK career, and i was so happy after this victory:)

Hi, i have couple of questions for you:
1.Why you leave-it the polish side, you don't trust in the strongest national team for the future, or because you think, you don't have chance to be revoted in your country?
2.Why you choose Romania?
3.What you think abouth romanian sokker or our NT?
4.If you will win here, you wanna change our NT database or the requirements?
5.You will collaborate with our U21 manager or the romanian sokker community if you win in the elections?
6.What you think, how many chances you are to win in the elections here against the romanian candidates?
7.Can be a stranger manager one good solution for our NT and if yes, why?

Eu si staff-ul meu am avut 'atingerea magica' la 4 din 5 meciuri, iar in al 5-lea clar nu ne-am facut de ras, iar pe cele 4 le-am castigat fara dubii, fara noroc...

that would be the game of my life. the favourits for the poland elections (kiapitan zenada and struś) are my personal friends - arch enemies in the SK-fun-adventure:). that would be extra spice during our game - a real pleasure to beat them, show that im the best:)

i dont think, that knowing players skills help that much - they all are complete players, all have divine tech, and some def as well. i rather concentrate on my own team, not on opponent.
