Where can I submit my DEF?

In the NT page (go to country "España", and click in the NTs icons) you have the link for the database. You can add (and/or update) your players there (you should register in the database page, but so you could update them automatically).

The link is in the news, and you probably will have to scroll down a bit (search for "Base de Datos SN España / Spain SN Database").
