"Hello everyone!
As you can tell from the subject, I'm here to Shqipëria candidate myself for U-21.
First of all, I got to introduce myself;)
My name is Fabio, I 43yo, and I'm Italian, from the city 'PISA. Game SOKKER since 2009 my team REALCAMPO and I am from one of the best SOKKER community, the Italian community, who have a lot of good tactical and two managers (ale70 and vikingo67) who won last 3 toilets.
About my ideas SOKKER
The thing I like most about this game, and I think everyone should love, is the tactic of editor;) I like trying to find the "weak points" of other teams, with little change in tactics, too, because I think even a small change could help you win.
The tactic that I like the most is 4-4-2 with a wing, but also I played 5-3-2, 5-4-1 and 4-5-1. Another tactic that I like, with this new engine is 4-3-3, which I think can be really good at U-21.
My plan:
Obviously, I can not promise that I will win every game, and we're going to toilet. But I can promise that I will spend a lot of time to improve the database increase, every young player to follow that might be important for the U-21 and also for NT in the future to scout players and tactics to do the best I can do can win more games.
I have experience with the database, 'cause I'm the scout of the last 2 seasons ITALY, and I helped (NT coach) to improve the database increasing and follow the players.
There are two things I'd like to see, if it will happen 'and I will be' happy with my work: to help with something concrete country Shqipëria, trying to bring players the most interesting to follow the best training and development, and on the other hand I hope people can find that new perspectives to begin to approach the world that revolves around the country.
