Hello everybody!
My name is kozmagabor. I’m a 19 years old Hungarian student. I pass into the University on managment department. I would like to apply to be your NT coach. I can speak in English and in German.
Why I would like to be your NT coach?
Because I like Kazakhstán. I’ve met a Kazakh-hungarian man in hungary and he was very sympathic. My favourite cyclist is also kazakh, Alexander Vinokurov and I would like to work with a new national team. And the last reason, altough I1m not very happy because of this, that I’ve broken my leg so I will have a lot of time for sokker.
About my Sokker Career:
I registered to the sokker in 2005. I will start my 10th season in the Hungarian first divison. I was Hungarian NT captain 3 times. My best matches with the hungarian NT:
Canada – Magyarország 1-3
Magyarország – Argentina 3-2
Argentina – Magyarország 4-4
Magyarország – Italia 2-1
My plans if you select me:
We need to build up the National team from the possible best players. There can be some good players in bot teams. It’s important to choose him before there teams get a new manager. If the players are in the national team, they can stay in sokker. I will also need to choose the bests and improveable players from your team. It means all in all 40 players, because a coach can choose only 40 players in sokker.
The skills importance:
Goalkeeper: 1. keeper 2. pace 3. passing
Defender: 1. Defending 2. Pace 3. playmaking, technique, passing
Playmaker: 1. Passing 2. Playmaking the others is depending on the position of the MID. A def-mid needs more defending, a winger needs more pace and technique.
Striker: 1. Pace, technique and striking are equally important and then the defending, playmaking and passing
Off course stamina is important for every player.
In the first season of a national team we won’t be able to reach huge success the priority is to improve the players. It would be very good if you will start to speak int he forum to share your experience with each other. You can also ask me if you have questions about sokker.
About the tactic and the matches: In the next season we will face a World cup qualification group with some teams who has better players than Kazahsztan, because they start the sokker earlier, so we will need to use at least 5 defenders against them. The most of the National teams often use wingers, especially against weaker opponents. The other important thing is in the NT tactic, that you need to play every matches with different tactic to be unpredictable. A predictable opponent means an ease for the other country. For friendly matches I would like to fix matches with similar strength teams.
Communication: If you select me, I would use the Kazakh National Association beacuse the non-kazakh users can’t read the association’s forum. I will write there about the players (Off Course I won’t show the players skills if the manager don’t want to show it to anybody else) and about the matches (about the opponents and the tactics).
