Subject: NT Amleto

Dear all,

I am Amleto, from Italy. I am candidate here not because I am the best trainer or coach in the world, nor because I am the smartest guy on heart. But Because I belive that Kazakhstan has potentiality and I think that I have a strategy to develop it.

My points are as following

a) Enhancing the dialogue with the trainers: a good national team is built first on the players, and the players can not develop without suitable teams. That's why we need to sponsor them and take care of their destinations

b) Proposing a team management. Not only me will be your coach. The whole Serie D.20 will be supporting the team. In face we are experimenting the idea of making a collective coaching in our serie, which will allow 8 minds to think together to how solve the situation. Our Master of Tactics, dadda77 , competed with teams who had 10 stars more rating beating them, and he will be for sure a guarantee for the future!
