ha jól fordítottam akkor ezeket az okot írták.:

- nem adtál meg valós adatokat.
- IP címedet nem fogadták el.
- korábban már talán regeltél?

azt javasolják regelj újra ha megint ezt kapod akkor vedd fel a kapcsolatot velük. Röviden ennyi.
