Subject: [NT] rhysyboy

As we all know, I am rhysyboy, manager of Hayscastle Dragons FC in Division 1.02. I the last 2 seasons I have been beaten to the NT and U21 jobs by Morsey and daffyd respectively. This season is my last attempt at the Cymru job before I attempt another country (unless I win). I hope that the Cymru users will (finally) vote me in.

Anyway, I aim to carry on with the progress langhe was making, and I hope to unearth future talents, as the U21 side is a vital leap for players, especially as we have a decent U21 side.

If you become NT manager, will you use one of langhes current tactics or will you create your own?

sorry, having food. The first 2 or 3 weeks (1st definitely) I will use a langhe special, but I will then develop my own tactic to use with the NT

Do you feel you could improve the NT squad, and if so, in what areas?

As I said when I stood 2 seasons ago, I will because it is good to be involved in competitive football rather than just meaningless friendlies.

The friendlies have a meaning. They push up our ranking, therefore allowing Cymru a greater chance at qualification.

Cymru are borderlining (or are in) the third pot.

Theoretically, this means that we just have to beat one of two 'stronger' teams to qualify for the WC

If you view friendlies as pointless and arrange them sporadically, then this may put Cymru in the 4th pot if you make incorrect choices, which puts us up against three 'stronger' teams to qualify.

You catching my drift?
