Yes, it will be a season with friendly games as it was this one at the senior team.

More likely to give Wales a shout then. :)

Just thought I'd let everyone know that we have a problem regarding the U21 squad, there are currently 11 21-year-old players in there within a squad of just 24...
2012-09-04 00:17:10
It`s a huge problem, cause the main 'stars' of the team will be leaving.
So it won`t be easy in raising another generation of U21 players. But somebody has to do it, isn`t it?;)
2012-09-04 00:18:46
We'll be doing it, as it stands, with 13 players, so... :P

I'm going to be raising juniors, but it'll be extremely controversial if I put my juniors into potentially my U21 team.

Thinking about it, I'm going to be extremely both on and away from Sokker as is, may put my current plans - training a younger side - on hold for the coming season...

Relax lloyd, we will do some scouting work, I will help you guys with it as to find more decent players for the U21 squad. The team won`t remain with only 13 players, no way;)

You must train as good as you can your juniors as to have some chances for the U21 team. Only after that they should be given some chances in being appointed to the team.

So if you wanna train juniors you have it this way:

- defenders: 10 per week, 5 in friendlies and another 5 in official games
- midfielders: 10 per week, the same method as for defs
- strikers: 6 per week, 3 in official games and 3 in friendly games.

I may consider doing that actually, with probably midfielders or defenders...
2012-09-04 00:42:15
And also be careful in the amount of players you bring to your club. Maximum 22 or let`s say 24 (if you have some injuries should be enough).

I'm hoping to get another decent u21 next week

Sion Hurcom 17 incredible outfield

Might be a name for the future, as long as his stats are balanced. I believe he'll be a midfielder or a defender, not entirely sure (probably a defensive midfielder).
2012-09-06 16:30:14
I'll give you 30 million for him :P

2012-09-06 18:26:14
Better offer some money to beirke for the welsh top trainee he has on ads ;)
2012-09-06 21:57:16
You're welcome to him ;)

Sion Hurcom, age: 17

club: Rhyl FC, country: Cymru,
value: 74 700 £, wage: 975 £,
very good form, tragic tactical discipline,
height: 186 cm, ·weight: 68.3615 kg

NTDB:
poor stamina tragic keeper
excellent pace solid defender
poor technique solid playmaker
tragic passing solid striker

Didn't quite come out as well as I'd hoped, going to sell him but unfortunately his rather odd balance means he probably won't sell for much.

This guy looks like he'll be my next chance of something really good in 22 weeks.

Keith Meaker 16 very good outfield 22 (+2) 18

May be a divine 18 year old... difficult to tell yet.

Hey guys, nobody from the welsh community is willing to candidate for the U21 position?
I know that there aren`t many prospects, but with intensive training the U21 team could make it in the end. We just need patience.

2012-09-11 17:19:28
I wasn't willing to go for the Welsh U21, was hoping to get a bit of experience lower down the rankings first.

Let`s see, maybe someone will take his chance in the end;)
