Hello!

I'm think that i have enough experince to take charge under Russian National Team. I can create a good tactic against stronger opponents and, what is important, I will win games against opponents on our level.

I'm sorry that I wrote only in english but on work I have no possibility to use russian alphabet.

what are the level of Russian NT? In other words which opponents are of our level?

"enough experince" is good, but you need BETTER experience than other candidate, for example Nord.
You have 7 seasons in not high level league (may be III league of Polska is better of PL, but VI League....)
Nord - 7 seasons, 5 in PL, 2 in NT.
