I am Red_Pirate. I am 26 years old. I work at a lottery company. I have an amateur football team it's name is Sbornaja Masina. I like the Russian football. One of my favourite player was Tikhonov. Now Sychev is my favourite. He was a big talent but... :(

I have played the sokker for 3 years (9 season).

Once I have been NT Coach in my country. I was in the best 16 team with the Hungarian U21.

I like to vary the tactic every match. I choose the players for the tactic.

This season I concentrate for the Hungarian Cup. I got to the semi-final,where I play with the first division champion. 120 minutes I relegate with penalties(Hullámfarkasok – Gracoland).

I am in the NBII.03... as I spoke I concentrate the cup,so the lot of matches I go with B team, and do not make tactic. I take seriosly 4 matches in the championship(3 win, 1 draw). I think it is not bad result.

I would like to win and want to point to you I am a very good manager for you, who like the rum and drink a lot:)))
Who the his best(this is the serious sentence not the drink version)

About the skills importance:

Pace and stamina are important at every positions.

Goalkeeper: keeping-pace-passing

Defs.: 1. tackling, 2. playmaking+ technique 3. passing

Def.mid.: 1.tackling 2. playmaking+technique+passing

Att.mid.: 1.playmaking+technique 2.passing 3.goalskill (if we move the player near to the goal),4.tackling

Winger: 1.passing+technique 2. paymaking or 1.passing 2. Technique+playmaking
But if we play with wingerstriker the goal skill is the 4.important

Attacker: 1. goalskil(with pace) 2. technique 4.tackling
The pace more important then the technique beause I can move the mids the striker's project only the finisfing... If we play with winger striker the passing the 3.important,if we play with middle striker, the 3.important the playmaking.

Well... If there are some talented player or will be come from the youth school... We need the active users, choose one who do the defenders training, we choose to train midfielders, and so forth...

We must organise this...

2 eason ago, I found a "Prize of the end of the season".

For example the russian users vote his favourite U21 or Senior NT player(def,mid,att).Need some motivation!

we also have another girl who returned to PL again =) she has a solid team
