After Suarez, with no evidence other than Evra's word, received an 8 match ban and £40k fine. John Terry, with evidence, can receive a £2.5k fine, no ban and having his trial put back so he doesn't miss the season or Euros.

It's an absolute disgrace.

I'm more disgusted at the fact that all of the racial fines at Euro 2012 combined came to less than the fine that Bendtner received for showing the branding on his pants, THAT is ridiculous.

I think RVP will stay actually and they will take their chances with him to resign during the season.

about RvP bids, i just wondering where he's gonna play for united.. berba and kiko macheda might be gone but there are still chicharito, welbeck, and kagawa to accompany wayne rooney upfront. maybe fergie wants to play him as a left winger/left forward as ashley young is not a lefty and nani plays better as a right wing, but the right wing post is valencia's post already.

and for the opening match on 20 august, united really need a centre back. with the absences of jones, evans and smalling it's too risky to play with vidic (not playing for 8 months) and rio at defense. michael carrick isn't that good as a CB.

with leighton baines bid was down, united maybe will only settle with shinji kagawa's move for this summer after the failures of eden hazard and lucas moura transfers if RvP finally decided to stay with the gunners or he choose juventus instead.

Kagawa can't play as forward, he is a second striker at most
Hernandez is kinda useless when he doesn't get a good pass
Welbeck has tragic finishing

so RvP with Roo behind him = much better striking power

Welbeck and Sturridge are the same player. Unless the ball is played into their feet in front of the goal, they can't score, only pass or hopelessly chase down the ball.
