In 2010-11, Ronaldo won the scoring title in La Liga and yet he only won the Copa del Rey.
Reason to give the award to Messi: "He's humble and he won La Liga. Scoring titles are for selfish people."

2011-12, Messi winds up with the Scoring title in La Liga and only won the Copa del Rey.
Reason to give the award to Messi: "He's humble and if Ronaldo was good, he would've scored more goals."

This is an award to the best players, not a Miss Congeniality contest.
