Good morning Bosna, hello guys......
I am Rafa_Benitez and I come from the beautiful Dracula’s home land, Romania . I’ve been playing this game with passion for 6 years, gathering a lot of experience with the game. That is why I decided to candidate for Bosnia national sokker team for the 1st time.Such a strong team as Bosna i Hercegovina need someone who knows the game well, someone experienced….
A few words about me....My name is Nicholas, I'm 33,I'm married for 10 years, and I have a son called Radu.He's my everything....:)
I work as a teacher in a high-school , and I have plenty of time for sokker because my schedule allows me that.
Experience in the game
My team is under construction for some time, which is a good thing , because that means I will have plenty of time to focus on the national team.
As about performances at the club, what can I say, I reached two times the quarter finals of the Romanian Cup(until the 10th round), and I spent 2 years in the 2nd romanian league....The only way to reach the first league is to start rebuilding my team...that is why I chose to do that.
Experience as NT manager
As about my experience as manager of a national team,let me tell you that I've also been manager of both Hayastan[Armenia] teams[A-team and U_21] for 8 seasons,Makedonija-2 seasons, Moldova 5 seasons,Israel 1 season.
I managed to qualify Moldova for the first time at the World Cup.It was a great performance, considering we left Argentina at home.:)
During the past seasons, I think I achieved enough experience in order to allow me to candidate for the Bosna i Hercegovina national sokker team.
In my opinion , a national team must be coached by someone who really cares about it. Someone who wants to involve himself a lot in this job, and I think I am the right person for that.
I have plenty of free time, and what matters most, is that I really want to coach this team.
My assistant manager will be a very experienced manager that you all know, Ice-T.....We have also worked together for five seasons in Moldova, and we did it pretty well....:)
Plans for the future
OK, enough about me...now let me talk about my plans for Bosna i Hercegovina national sokker team:
I'd like to create a solid structure , based on other users' help and experience , who also want to involve in this mission. It won't be easy ,but together we can do a lot of beautiful things.
I would like to recruit users for every compartment: goalkeeping, defence , midfielders and attacking.
We will also need some scouts in order to help in finding good players abroad.
Anyway , there are a lot of things that can be done, but together I ‘m sure we can do it.
Together we must find "the best of the best"of what Bosnia i Hercegovina sokker has at the moment. We are going to be a strong team that will decide tactics together for every match.
I'll also need you in order to spy the opposite teams , and then to choose together the best and perfect line-up.
I promise you is that I will do my very best not to disappoint you.
