Hi everyone. I'm Blancos and i'm 23 yo. Currently I'm manager Rossiya U21.I would like to candidate for the position of coach of the Bosna i Hercegovina U21 team. In every day I'm available and you can write to me.

My experience :

2 Season in U21 Poland. In first season I won my Qualifying Group. Insecond season we had WC and won group. click In next phase we lost strange match. When I finisch my misson in Poland we were in first place in world rank click there In this season I'm coach of U21 Rossiya. When I started season we had 32 place in rank. In World Cup we had one of the worst match mark but we win group clickthere
In 1/8 WC we came strong Eesti and lose 1-0 ( they had penalty and scored)

I don't play with one tactic. In every week I judge rivals and use the best tactic for them and our players. I would like to raise the ranking of your National Team and win many matches I'm in many Associations, and know many good polisch trainers who can help.
