Hello!
My name is Michal, I'm 34, working in IT.
I'm very experienced manager:
- I started to play in 2004
- In 2007 I become game Admin



In past, I was National Team coach 7 times

3 x with Slovenija - qualified to WC

2 x with Canada - advance in ranking to achieve 2nd pot for WC quals (in next season I decided to take Poland, and my succesor advanced to WC Finals)

1 x with Poland -

1 x with Scotland -


My achievements as manager
- runner up in Polish Cup - this season
- bronze medal in Polish Cup - 3x
- played in polish Ekstraklasa
- won 2nd polish division - 2x
- many seasons and medals in 2nd polish division.
- won 3rd division (5 times)
- won 4th division (2 time)

My goals as NT coach
- Play in miniWC for good result (if organized)
- Climb in Sokker NT Ranking
- Make NT Team interesting for Community

When you are placing your candidature for Bosnian NT coach it is some sort of practice to post picture of your nearest substation, because of one our past experience, we will explain that later.
Otherwise your career is quite impressive, and I will think about to place my vote for you....but first that picture!!
One more thing I must to ask, how you are going to cooperate with our scouts and other managers, do you have in plans to consult wiht somebody or you will make your decisions individually?

About my cooperation.

Every time I was NT coach, I was active member of national community.

It means:
- talk about games
- talk about tactics (before and after game)
- talk about current and future NT players
- scan game database for potential NT players
- build, update NT players database

Usually it was inside NT Federation, but some not secret topics on open forum.
(You can see my topics at Polska open NT forum here)

I was member of Polska NT and U-21 crew for many seasons, discussing NT matters.

As NT coach, I would like to build insiders collective to handle NT. (scouts, advisers, translators sometimes :), etc.)

Additional:
Sometimeas I use translator to understand what you write on forum ;) And I can post this way too - but we all know, sometimes is funny ;)
