Greetings to all!

It is again election time and here I am ready to play my chances with the selection of Bosna i Hercegovina.

I am a "kid" :) 33 years old, I'm still playing Sokker since October 2006 and now my team is fighting to reach the promotion to Serie A (first division Italian).
My experience with the selections:

1. I have directed the selection Philipinas U21 for 8 seasons, leading her from the 92nd to the 58th position in the world ranking;
2. I won the U21 World Cup with Italy, aimed only for 2 seasons.
3. I managed Colombia for the latest 6 seasons, we won our 3 WC qualification group but unfortunately we never get over quarterfinals at WC

With my candidacy I do not want just simply propose a direction of selection, but a "management system" leading quality and continuity in the future of this national team.

I think one of the most important things in sokker is to plan, plan and plan even :)
It is necessary to have clear ideas about projects in the medium / long term if we want to lead the team to compete with the big teams and reach the top ranking.

This would be the program for next season:

- Rise of ranking: my aim is to bring Bosnia between first 10 positions and of course to get as far as possible in the final stage of the World Cup. I think Bosnia can arrive at min to the quarterfinals in each World cup edition, so i'll be happy only if i'll get over to the finals.

- Improvement of NTDB: Another objective is to work hard, every day, with the database.

Thanks to my experience I have developed some effective ways to find new players in the sokker world and I can assure you that if i'll be the new coach will have a DB you who have never seen before :)
