Hello everyone!
I am Alessandro, I'm 34 years old, live and work in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
Game sokker to 6 years.
Curriculum:
- I started my career as a scout Under-21 national for 2 seasons in South Africa selection with good results and a restricted community.
- Then I come scout Brazil for 2 seasons, with Leonardo M that has the best record in the U21 Brazil, reaching the quarter-finals.
- Then I come Boss of Brazil for four consecutive seasons. These were the best learning times in the tactics these my years of sokker.
Brazil
I ran to Brazil U21 elections and turned the coach of our selection. In two seasons it took the selection of 15th place to 9th place in the ranking.
- In my first season I have classified Brazil to the World Cup in 1st place in the group. In 12 games, they have 10 wins, 1 draw and 1 defeat. Taking only 7 goals and making 86 goals.
- In my second season ahead of the Brazilian U21 selection, I played the World Cup, with a discredited selection until even the community. With my team can do the best campaign ahead of the selection U21 Brazil, losing in the semifinals to Poland, which was the champion of the competition in a very balanced game that had overall condition of winning the match, but the engime the sokker everyone knows right, not always the best in the field is what wins.

The way I play:
I like to study hard my opponents. My tactics I do on my players, I have a tactic like that anymore. No use me like a tactic if I will not have players on hand to put it on paper. First I have to see the players that I will have for this game after I do the tactics on them. First do the tactics to score goals and then ride my line of defense to score attackers opponent and ride my line of attackers to catch the defense off guard the opponent.

Tactics and scout: I hope to count on the help of all the same community that had the front U21 Brazil. Like community of users to help me in the search and update players.
My goals:
The goal is to qualify for the World Cup and then go in search of the title.
The community:
It would be nice to have the community together to discuss the forum games. I open a topic every game to discuss community, speak what you think good and they did not like.

I have full time availability to control the selection.
