Subject: [NT] Bartucha

Hello!

My name is Bartek, I'm 33 years old. In the SK I play for 10 years, so I've many experience in the game. 35 season in club, 10 in Polska Ekstraklasa. In Polska Ekstraklasa -> 1x gold trophy, 3x silver trophy [2 i 3 season ago], 1x bronze trophy [last season], in National Cup - 2x bronze trophy.

At this time I was a coach NT:
Ireland [2 seasons]
1st -> qualify to WC Finals - first historical for Ireland [from 41 rank in SK].
2nd -> third place in group, brake me 1 goal to qualify in to PO phase.

Poland [4 seasons]
1st -> qualify to WC Finals.
2nd -> 1/4 WC [2 red card -> 14', 24' against Hrvatska], 4 place in Euro u27.
3rd -> qualify to WC Finals.
4th -> bronze in WC Finals, gold in Euro u27.

Schweiz [1 season]
1st -> 3rd position in Group QWC and promoted from 24 position in World Rank to 16.

Venezuela [4 seasons]
1st -> promoted from 46 position in World Rank to 39, 4th place in Mini World Cup.
2nd -> promoted from 39 to 34 place in SK ranking NT, qualify to World Cup Finals.
3rd -> qualify to PO phase in World Cup [the best result Venezuela in history].
4th -> 4th place in QWC

To sum up my last seasons:
- gold, silver [x3] and bronze trophy in Polska Ekstraklasa
- silver trophy in Champions Cup
- 3x gold and 1x silver trophy in tournaments "International Arcade Cup" by Sviktorov
- bronze trophy in World Cup with Poland
- gold trophy in Euro u27 with Poland
- TOP16 with Venezuela in World Cup Finals 2 season ago

That's my plan for Bosna and Herzegovina:
When it comes to working with the team -> I don't do anything in haste. Everything must be thought out, arranged. As for tactics, I'm versatile. I like to set up new tactics, set in 'the opponent'. There is no one perfect setting. We must constantly seek new solutions:) If I win the NT election I'll give it 100% and not disappoint Yours expectations. I count on Yours support.

The plan for the upcoming season is simple:
1) selection players for World Cup Qualifying:
The upcoming season is a time WCQ. So first weeks I would like to use it for orientation in situation of the players in Bosna and Herzegovina and try out tactics in first twice matches in WCQ, for this game we must be prepared for 100%, because it's very important matches in qualify. The first weeks is also the time to find common language with the national managers. I would not do anything against the club managers. It's known that a good atmosphere on the line: coach NT - coach club is very important. I would like to cooperate and not interfere. I hope that this is the way to go.
I know that you are a 'closed' environment, in which nobody from the outside a won the elections in Your country. Similarly, in Venezuela, when I started the first time. They ventured and, I think, They don't regret it this choise:-)

2) qualify for the WORLD CUP FINALS!:
Currently, Bosna and Herzegovina is 18 in SK Rank. My main plan for the coming season is promoted Bosna and Herzegovina for the TOP 16 and ofcours - qualify to World Cup Finals. It's a pity that there is no Bosna and Herzegovina in TOP16, because qualify to WC would be easier. Easier would be also to fight for high pot in draw for the World Cup groups. Nothing, however, don't change it now. We need to fight:) In the last season, Your NT didn't play in the World Cup Finals. This can't happen again!

You need to show us something that we use to show when stepping up as candidates. Actually we did that some long time ago, so you will have to search in older topic, but anyway, if i see what i want, you will have my vote no matter what :)

I can promise full commitment, that is for sure. I would like to make it look something like this:

1) preview matches -> certainly there will be preview matches NT, something like this: CLICK

2) as well as the "Bet and win PLUS" in a similar way, as here: CLICK

3) scouting -> as for the NTDB, I've a tool, that are searching players in the country, so nobody players 'escapes' me;-) B&H is a small enough community that the issue of scouting I solve alone.

4) preview matches will be appeared on a forum on Thursday.

5) 'set matches' for a 'Bet' will be on forum on Wednesday.

6) tactic - in friendly matches, testing. QWC - full team, full squad. some variants game I tested in the club and previous NT, so now - several tests in friendly matches, some correction and should not be a tragedy;-)

i will give you a hint, you need to post picture of something... I need to see this, then Im are sure that you are good choice for us :)... C'mon its quite easy

picture is a key for NT, nice:-p picture with ultras? with girls? with alkohol? :-p
