Mi presento a voi offrendo la mia disponibilità, amicizia e chiedendo la vostra fiducia reciproca. Sono Marco, un appassionato giocatore di Sokker da quasi vent'anni, con una crescente dedizione negli ultimi anni.
Sono una persona aggregativa e cerco di esserlo anche in situazioni difficili e complesse. Offro la mia candidatura per la Nazionale di Bosna i Hercegovina per mettere a disposizione la mia esperienza e competenza al fine di migliorare la squadra, stimolare l'interesse e coinvolgere la community, e raggiungere vittorie prestigiose e progetti che agevolino i successori futuri.
Ringrazio TES per aver anticipato la mia presentazione e avermi informato di questa grande opportunità. La community di Bosna i Hercegovina é competitiva e ha formato numerosi giocatori talentuosi adeguati alla sua NT. Sono diventato noto ed apprezzato nel mondo delle Nazionali per aver gestito con successo la squadra del Nicaragua, portandola per la prima volta nella sua storia alla qualificazione al Campionato del Mondo, nonostante le squadre avversarie nettamente superiori.
Prima dell'inizio del mio quarto mandato, ho preferito cercare un candidato per sostituirmi e l'ho assistito nell'avvio della gestione. Il Nicaragua continua così a migliorare e ottenere ottimi risultati nei tornei competitivi. Ho garantito al mio mandato nella Nazionale una durata rispettosa degli altri utenti, nonostante gli straordinari risultati ottenuti. Prometto lo stesso impegno nei vostri confronti, anche in caso di elezioni e risultati eccellenti. Non sono qui per accomodarmi, ma per dare il massimo.
Il mio stile di gioco è propositivo. Dedico la maggior parte del mio tempo in Sokker a studiare approfonditamente ogni partita quando gestisco una Nazionale. Grazie a TES, ho avuto l'opportunità di conoscere meglio le caratteristiche della squadra attuale. Sono entusiasta di dirvi che il gruppo di giocatori è di altissima qualità e può competere alla pari con qualsiasi squadra, senza limiti nel tipo di gioco da applicare.
Inoltre, pianifico attentamente il ricambio generazionale, cercando di ottenere una squadra sempre più diversificata nelle caratteristiche e con alternative valide per ogni ruolo. Il mio primo obiettivo è coinvolgervi al massimo, in modo che possiate godervi il sabato seguendo la Nazionale e partecipare con il vostro sostegno e le vostre opinioni.

The Bosna i Hercegovina community is competitive and has nurtured many talented players suitable for its national team. I have gained recognition and appreciation in the world of national teams for successfully managing the Nicaragua team, leading them to their first-ever qualification for the World Championship, despite facing significantly stronger opponents.
Before starting my fourth term, I preferred to search for a candidate to replace me and assisted them in getting started. Nicaragua continues to improve and achieve excellent results in competitive tournaments. I ensured that my tenure in the national team was respectful of other users, despite the exceptional results achieved. I promise the same dedication to all of you, even in the event of elections and outstanding outcomes. I am here not to settle, but to give my utmost.
My style of play is proactive. When managing a national team, I dedicate most of my time in Sokker to thoroughly analyze each game. Thanks to TES, I have had the opportunity to become better acquainted with the characteristics of the current squad. I am excited to tell you that the group of players is of the highest quality and can compete on par with any team, with no limitations in the type of game to be applied.
Furthermore, I carefully plan the generational transition, aiming to have a team that is increasingly diverse in terms of characteristics and with viable alternatives for every position. My primary goal is to involve you to the fullest, so that you can enjoy supporting the national team on Saturdays and participate with your encouragement and opinions.
I ask for your trust so that I can demonstrate my managerial qualities and make the pursuit of the best victories an enjoyable experience for all. I will be pleased to answer any questions, so please feel free to ask anything you would like to know.

Prije početka četvrtog mandata, radije sam tražio zamjenu i pomogao im u početku upravljanja. Nikaragva i dalje napreduje i postiže izvrsne rezultate na natjecanjima. Osigurao sam da moj mandat u reprezentaciji bude poštovan prema ostalim korisnicima, bez obzira na iznimne rezultate postignute. Obećavam istu predanost prema svima vama, čak i u slučaju izbora i izvanrednih rezultata. Nisam ovdje da se samo smjestim, već da pružim sve od sebe.
Moj stil igre je proaktivan. Kada upravljam nacionalnom ekipom, većinu vremena posvećujem analizi svake utakmice u Sokkeru. About that...i'm a 3D VFX Graphic as hobby, so I exercitated myself preparing some nice animations for each of main player of my team.
I also realize 3D team logos and organize best goals competitions on my channel, it would be also nice for me to propose a 3D version of the actual one for BiH NT.

I update the post, including images with final stats of the qualification (first in its history) match of NT Nicaragua before the last World Cup.
The qualification has been achieved using just realistic modules. This means no more than 4 defenders in any match, and no asymmetric modules.
When started managing Nicaragua NT, its average rating was 64-67 and the average age was 29yo. Only 6 active users.
My wish is to grant NT Bosna i Hercegovina the same improvements.
