Its not fair if cup winner and champion is the same in specific country that country to not have second team.
I think if winner is the same cup finalist or 2 team in championship needs to play since most of the time championship is harder to win second team there to play make more sense

I disagree. Like in RL you want to win the National Cup mainly because it secures presence in international competitions. If the Cup winner has already qualified for the international competition through the league, then this right passes to the finalist.

One place in CL is the reward for league performance and one place in CL is the reward for cup performance.
