I dont want to change current system, just diferent expasion based on number of users.
So now its one first division(1-I),II-4 , III-16, IV-64 , V-256
like 100 users will be 35 in I and II, and rest in III tier with probably more bots
(1-I),II-4 , III-8 (two teams can qualify on standard rules), IV-32 , V-128
