It is better to add new cups, e.g. Division Cup, Region Cup, than to create a new women's team.
I like it. As every new feature, I would like that it should be optional, as the young team :)

youth club has relation with mans squad you ask for paralel game and team that is just waste of server resources no.
It'd be interesting to see something like that
