This rating is a good indicator about twice teams force in a match.
And so a good indication about if a manager is a good trainer about tactic he use by performing with a lower rating. The rating is calculated with numerics evaluations given to each player (even he plays just 2 minutes).
But
His calcul mode is often a big mistake because it doesn't care about minutes played by each players.
So a player playing 2 minutes impact the same effect than a player playing 90 minutes, on average rating. Another problem is when a player play few minutes, his note his incredible.
Then global rating for team is false.
I propose that rating for a team in a match will be calculated prorata minutes played by each players coming on the grass. Simply.

+1 I tried manual calculation but in 21 century automation is important

I made five substitutions with two minutes to go to emphasise this point, and look:
My team had 55.2, but if you calculated the average based on minutes played, it would be 68.3
