I think it could be done now but i don't who could ...
We have to refresh a lot of region's structure.
I think it could be by some admin in the nation?
It was done for a new nation in europe a year ago!
Out the stats it useless for the moment.
Perhaps could we use those updated regions to do something interesting in the future?
Like groups from the same region for newbies in the down division or something else.
In France for example, regions were (and are on sokker) 27 but since 5 years there are only 14 and of course name changed.

Or completly remove them so ...
But keeping old names and structure's region, as old nation like URSSS :-), isn't good for sokker's image.

Yep it's god if admin or mods can control that but that's more internal staff things
Do you know who controls that? Not mod at all. Not sure for admins.
Active admin can say but what I'm saying is changes in internal tools should not be discussed here. Regions exist it's part of support to be up to date
