Priority here is medium, but it must also be changed here. It concerns on the U21 and NT level.
Problem
The coach is no longer online, banned, became a bot or is on vacation. The U21 and NT can't react anymore and leaves training matches or compulsory matches without proper line-up. This causes frustration for the other supporters of the U21 and NT. I don't know what the rules are, how and when by-elections are held. Here the admins have to consider many factors and certain conditions have to be fulfilled. I think here one can proceed a little more pragmatically.
Solution
There are several possibilities:
In case the coach has been blocked or turned into a bot, replacement elections must be held within 48 hours.
In case the coach has not been online (let's say 2 weeks) or is on vacation (announced), the coach can appoint a substitute of his choice. This deputy can be the U21 or the NT for a maximum of 2 weeks.

What if there was an official position of assistant NT coach with all the needed rights?
If this were implemented, then my proposal would be superfluous :)

If the coach is absent or banned, it could be replaced with the second runner up in the elections!

But how its works? Admins launch a new election ? when they decide ?
We had this problems in france few years ago, as i remember we have to wait few NT matches without active coach (was not bot)...
The deputy can be the second in election too (if exist ^^)
