Subject: [Idea] Introducing days in player age
I can't understand why someone says "too complicated".
It's very easy, every player has a birthday (in sokker time, eg: week 1, season 56) and his age pops at that week every season.
In U21 NT can be used only players that become 21 during that season.

An alternative solution, and more simple for devs :
young players that enter YS later in the season get a better chance to start at higher level...
Otherwise im agree, i basically and usually sack all my youngs who arrived after week 10... And 10 is a very optimistic strategy.

The most easy solution, for example:
player enters youth school in week 4, so from that moment his 'birthday' is week 4. The rest stays exactly the same as it is right now. Same training, same talents, same low or high skills when enter youth school, etc

I don't see any point of this if they don't stay forever with that birthday. Then it makes sense. Then those players that are born late in the season would not be so much less worth.
Every 16 yo player has exactly 1 season of training with 16 years. They could play for U21 if they get in that season with 21 yo.
"Old" players would stay as they where until now. They age at the end of the season.

I don't see any point of this if they don't stay forever with that birthday. Then it makes sense. Then those players that are born late in the season would not be so much less worth.
Ofcourse the 'birthday' of players should stay the same the entire Sokker carreer. It doesn't change all of the sudden back to week 15.
If entered Sokker in week 4 in youth school, this player will age each season in week 4.

Can't we all just pretend that the players age days do exist and that we simply don't see them (as they are hidden from us) and leave this whole topic at that ;-)
So you mean, leave it as it is now... Everybody has their anniversary at the same day at the beginning of each season!

You don't see it,but they're there and it could be that at the start of next season a fresh 16 year old turns 17 the next week, but you couldn't know it cause you couldn't see it?

So you mean, leave it as it is now... Everybody has their anniversary at the same day at the beginning of each season!
All the developers need to say is that the players actually had their birthdays at some point during the season but that they can only be bothered to update their actual age at the end of the season so appearing that they all age at the same time ;-)

Off topic, but I have to say I've always found this odd!
You have an Under 21 team yet you have a team of players aged 21 playing.
Clearly somebody who is 21 isn't under 21. Just saying :-)
