Subject: [idea] Punishment for cheats
yep good point about the 10+ goals, whatever its a a cheat or not. I really like those who play friendlies (or even competition) with corner tactics , they really need a little punishment :-)
Well when you are promoted to a higher league it often happen to loose most of your games with 10+ goals even if you try your best to be competitive :) Not sure it would be a good solution in such cases to make an automatic punishment...
10+ is big difference, when you are promoted from lower league, you can be that bad.
Well if you are promoted with young players you are training and don't want to mess up with your training plan by buying old players with expensive salaries; when you play with the top team of your division you have a big chance to take a lot of goals :)
Especially when you promote from the lowest league, for example from the 4th to the 3rd division in France. A lot of new users will get promoted because the 4th division is full of bots and they will suffer a lot in the 3rd league before to stabilize.

10+ is much a thing whatever is your division! typically inactive teams, training-only teams...
Dont promote if you think you cant handle the league. Its even healthier for club to train in lower division. And i dont think its much cases like you mentioned, if its rookie he can be protected for some period.
I would like to second Stevie's posts about cheating.
I understand admins cannot discuss cheating publicly.
In Scotland 3 teams have been banned already, in Wales 2 out of 4 were banned leaving 2 active teams.
Multi accounts and using vpn is cheating and should be punished, and we need to be strict about cheating.
If you don't live in the country and you have no connection to the country, you shouldn't have a team playing in that country.
Fixed games that have a huge effect on the league table are easy to spot and should be considered cheating.
It's a delicate issue.
Many years ago, I was playing hattrick quite successfully. My team got hacked and it sermed as if I were buying players from a specific team for ridiculous money, the same happened to others that time. I quit playing. It ruined the experience for me and it felt unsafe to login again.
Now with sokker being revamped, it's a chance to update the rules too.
Less cheating and friendly forum means more chances the average casual player will stay in the game longer.
