economy needs money out of the game economy that is a fact but what is the rule from whom money should be get rid off not sure is fair

Coaches definitely need to retire at some point.

And to use his own statement: by using an option only once a season (or in this case way less then once a season), not much money will leave this game.

To really get more money out of this game, much more expensive options should be added to this game.

when there is an excess money into an economic system, it is a very common mistake to think of intervening on the cost side to drain money. (taxation as fiscal regulation)

When I was recruiting my coaches I used recruitment around 500 times. This is 47th season.

This is not the case. If you recruit the coach now, he will be much younger than 80years. Those who are +80yrs were recruited years ago


I don't think it's fair on some people who might have recently spent £2m+ on an unearthly coach only to be told in x weeks time he'll be worth nothing ... if they had known that were a possibility they clearly wouldn't have bothered.

Retiring coaches from the game will definitely pump up the recruitment of new ones.

ps. in rules:

Your coach is a human being, at some moment he may finish his coaching career. Do not be surprised when your aged coach hands you his notice and leaves for well-deserved retirement in Bermuda.

My ET junior coach and one of my assitant bought mid 2018 are now 84 and 93 yo and I am not an old user.

If they retire I would loose few millions euros I invested in them knowing they would not retire. This is not very fair except if there is a financial compensation.
