ok,so,my point of view...reset all coaches ages like 40yo so we can all start from the same point ,then fix a retirement age like 75 or so.

40 is way too young. I think almost everyone got an older coach as 40 from recruit or TL, so not really fair for those who recruit a good 55y old coach just after the reset.

Not sure what the oldest recruit coach is that managers can get, that should be a reasonable age, and fair.

Personaly I think 60y reset is young enough. Retire at 70-75

I recruited 75 coaches
average age was 47,1yr
youngest coach was 33yr old
oldest coach was 65yr old

If the coaches have a lifespan, the value of the youngest will be enormous, and this will benefit the richest. They will have 1 coach for long time, while those less wealthy will pay less, but many times.

Retiring coach is better becouse is more realistic. I know that i spend money and if he's retiring is frustrating. So i think about buy an older one or not. As in reality happens.

Its a fact you paind the money for coaches. I did also paid this money. Some of use paid 13 years ago, some 7, some few months ago. Some of us paid young coaches, they dont have problems at all, but some maybe bought coach turns 100. But we all as community need to say whats the proper way to deal with coaches. Whats fair for all

For example we have some ABC manager, all have 5 magical coaches.

A 3 coaches age 90, 2 coaches age 100, 10 years in club
B 3 coaches age 90, 2 coaches age 100, 1 year in club
C 3 coaches age 70, 2 coaches age 80, 10 years in club
D 3 coaches age 60, 2 coaches age 70, 5 years in club
E 3 coaches age 40, 2 coaches age 50, 1 year in club

We can name few more examples. So based on these examples we test some of the solutions given, and we decide whats fair and what not. We can always say all solutions are bad for example B, and we by that choose what is less problematic for B. But on other hand we need to be realistic and say also why the hell this B guy bought such old coaches, since you can recruit them at this point of age. So we also can say B is not example that we should follow, we make solution in where all other examples fits good, because if we follow B then all our other cases dont have choice but to take solution thats best for B.

This coach topic has the potential to blow up in the face of sokker if they are not really careful.
Many managers have invested a lot of money in their coaches. Any move which renders these coaches worthless/useless in the short term or worthless/useless in the not too distant future needs to be undertaken with great care. Because this one change alone unfortunately has the possibility of many managers simply getting annoyed/angry and just leaving the game. That's the last thing any of us surely wants.
