Maybe a fun idea to have a youth / B team accommodation. A new, smaller stadium can be build so these players can play their matches in this stadium. In RL most football clubs have these small stadiums (often) near their big stadium.
These stadiums won't become large stadiums, is mainly for fun and to give B team somewhere to play matches.
A positive thing is that the pitch of the main stadium can recover a full week from last home match.
For example, this is the youth accommodation of FC Utrecht
And this is the youth accommodation of Ajax
But make sure the maintenance will cost more as income, and that is fine as large clubs will make a bit less money each week. This way some money leaves the game.
A free option, managers are not required to build it.
