I'm just thinking... Why not become possible to previously set a time on the day to put a player on transfer list?
I mean:
I want to sell a player and put him on transfer advertisment. Then someone made me an offer which I liked, but the buyer want the player on TL later that day, or on the day after. I'm not sure if I could be online at the hour the buyer want, so I set the player to go to TL on that time. I don't know if you guys understand.
Opinions, please.

I think the market wouldn't be dynamic. All the players at the same hour.

I guess this is annoying for the South American users when an European buyer requires to have the player on the TL during the evening European Time.

People will just use this to put every player on the TL at the best time. So those not in that timezone miss out

people has right to sleep not wait the best time to place player on TL :)
Just like people have the right to sleep, not wait to buy a player from TL :)
There are 7 players I am interested in today. (clarification: I don't want to buy them all, I just follow them because they are interesting. If I buy one I will be happy)

0-17h 0 players
17-18h 1 player
18-19h 1 player
19-20h 1 player
20-21h 2 players
21-22h 1 players
22-23h 1 players
What is my point? If we could choose the time to put a player on TL, most of us would choose the evening time and there would be even fewer players on TL in any other time.

Now to compare those to my timezone
0-17h = 8am-1am = 0 players
17 - 23 = 1am-7am = 7 players
Yeah it is bad now, but if everyone always selected to have their players in the prime time (which would make sense), then there would ALWAYS be 0 players when I am awake.
Sure someone could set their player to finish in my timezone, but they would be asking for a massive premium, might as well just put a massive blind bid in as it stands now.
This is why this idea is bad. It only works for some timezones (ie timezones around the polish time)
