Subject: [change] Elections

Please change the rules. Now the user with the oldest registration wins (especially in the cuontries,with a low user number,with 0 vote) ,but a lot of them,are stupid,or they can't manage their team,because of a low interesting (but why do they candidate???!!!) ,a winner should be somebody with the highest club rankings,or international experience (you could make a new ranking system for the NT managers or something).

I can give you -1 on proposal

But i just had idea how to approach to this. For example we have lottery singup, you just need to singup there and all countries that are without votes for coach are on disposal. On the other side are managers which singup, and we can divide them in groups or individual higher precentage based on manager ranking to get a team. So he could still get any team, but if his ranking is higher the higher chances that he gets a team.

still this could be not so great and im not sure if i can give myself +1.

Teams without candidates should have the previous coach to coach the team but with 1 small adjustment...

He should also have the freedom to change to another team in combination with it, but only for 1 year.

After that year, if the selected country won't have a candidate again, the NT of that country should be closed down for that season.

What could be better option. Who candidate first in a country, that user would win, if nobody get a vote, maybe this is better option.
