Why mention it here? IC has nothing to do with it, and without IC, they won't consider changing anything in regards to injuries anyway
Yes but your example of it being a joke is on the current system. This current system will never be changed if nothing else is changed, so by staying with the competitions as they are, it will always be madness in your words.
At least by adding in the IC, there is a chance that this will be changed in the future. And the options are, they change it to be in line with how it is now, and it maintains the madness, they change it so there are less injuries/duration than now, so less madness, or they leave it, which is more madness, but still madness, and at this point of time, more madness, really doesn't matter given how annoying it is already. At least by making the IC official, there is a CHANCE the injury chance and duration may be changed. We know it isn't being changed for the upcoming season, but this is probably because they either: A) can't convince greg to change, B: can't be bothered doing that coding again or C: want to get more of an impression on how much to change it in the future.
TLDR: If we do nothing, nothing about this poor injury system changes and it stays poor. A change gives a chance of improvement. And if it gets worse, well, rubbish stays rubbish, so who cares, it's already there.

I'm so confuse, I'm seeing 3 friendly, and 2 ARCADE GAMES where one is an Arcade Cup, I don't know what is it and the other is of the International Cup.

It is just marked as Arcade currently, but it should count as a training-gaining game. Although, we won't be sure until matches.

I think it's just "league" for all normal arcade matches of type arcade cup (with extra time and penalties). I am not sure, though.
