Subject: [idea] New schedule and competitions
But arcade doesn't help with the training.
Purpose of this is to help weak teams grow. To give some reward to people who are training young players and trying to reach the top.
Idea is that you apply for the competition. If you have minimum 13 or something U21 players, you are accepted, and you compete in the cup.
Of course, you can only use U21 players in match setups.

Personally I like the idea to have u21 team or something like that but cannot force it on all people
as part of man squad
as part of man squad
I am not saying that people would be forced to have youngsters and to participate in U21 Cup.
If you have youngsters in your squad, you apply, and you play.
If you don't have young players in your team, nobody is forcing into the cup.
That is why it is good for it to be international, there would be enough people to compete with.

but wouldnt it be better to be it international cup without stupid u21 part and everyone could participate without forcing anyone to buy u21 players
if someone would like to play u21 there he or she could play, win-win situaltion

I might have done a bad job explaining it.
EDIT ON FIRST POST: I wrote that U21 cup would be optional.

But it doesn't help the ones not wanting the play. The idea needs to be something everyone can jump in, not just a select few.
Most of your comments have shown you don't think big picture, or have limited perspective.
We don't have under 21 teams in sokker, we have junior leagues instead, and they already have a competition. Whilst I don't have any issue with an U21 team, you are trying to create a competition on the back of something that doesn't exist yet, whilst shooting down ideas of people who are trying to create solutions based on what already does exist, and compromise with what the DEVs are telling us they are going to do (which we can see will crash this game to the ground unless they listen to us).

i know, i am not saying that i would have to have u21 players, i am saying that i would have to have u21 players to play this cup
if i want to participate in this cup i need to have u21 players, but why? why should i buy them? there is no real reason, it is just game forcing me to have u21 players so i could participate in official u21 cup
although it would be generally ok if it would be some kind of arcade cup without training

Hey, I wouldn't play in this cup.
I have plenty of competitions to take part in.
Schedule is shorter, you and I will have 2 matches to play most of the weeks.
But somebody who gets quickly eliminated from the national/league cup, he can participate here.

Season is boring for newcomers.
This would also guide them in the right direction in terms of the training.

that is true but we should not force is on all. there arcade games and other ways to make it fun for all
optional cups etc .. so as optional cup is solution but i think should be part of global solution of custom tournamnets

You play only if you apply.
And yes, maybe more tournaments.
It is not bad to have some options when you get eliminated from other competitions.

at any time you can create ARCADE CUP ;) find 4-10 friends and create even u23 if you only want - no injuries only fun :) arcade is an option all the time if someone need more challenge :)
Hey, I wouldn't play in this cup.
I have plenty of competitions to take part in.
the point is there isnt much competitions to take part in, so why idea of competition with limits?
This would also guide them in the right direction in terms of the training.
but it is not the right direction
there is no right direction
there are a couple of ways you can play the game and if someone dont want to buy 13 u21 players and continue playing the game like he or she plays now and also play in official cup then it is impossible and he or she is forced to buy these u21 players just for the sake of playing in cup, in another competition because there is not many competitions to take part in

Idea is helping weak teams grow, and nobody would be forced to take part in the cup.
I'm kinda getting tired of repeating this :)
You will have a busier schedule just by shortening the season and by having group stages at the beginning of the season, and more options can be added.
Also, in terms of training, training young player is the right direction... Please let's not argue about this, don't pretend that somebody successful is training 30yo players.

You are repeating this because You apparently still do not understand.
Assume that I play in lower division with, lets say, team like I have now. There is new official competition, competition which would give me more training slots and competition in general and I am thirsty for competition because for now I have only my league games. So I really want to play in that cup, but I cant because I dont have so many U21 players, so I am forced to but them to play it and have more fun and also get better training.

I never said that there are anyone training 30yo players. I said that training U21 players isnt the only way to play this game, yet You kind of forces players to play using them (You may say that no one is forced, and it is optional, but if it gives additional training then skipping it would be obvious waste and everyone will play even if then dont want to have additional team of U21s). Moreover, this would make players switch to buy-train-sell attitude which is very, very bad.
But, it would be ok if there would be normal cup/league/whatever without age limits or if there is introduced official U21 team as part of the team.
