Subject: [idea] New schedule and competitions
This has stopped the qualifiers and round 1 being in the same week
We don't even know if school players will still have their own comp yet. Can only go off the information we have so far.
You can just pick any day, honestly, if that competition keeps existing.
I would say, Saturday or Wednesday. I didn't include it since it's a low priority competition and a lot of managers don't even participate in it.

I would still choose 15 week over that.
The issue is that the first game of the league is only 2 days after the qualifiers. That is important, you can see that the devs were careful about that in their plans. At least I think it is important to have some space there.
I am also not a big fan of the Inter League.
I would definitely prefer an assortment of international cups that would start at various points in the season, so whenever you are out of any mandatory competition you have something to take part in.

But I thought this has more mandatory and more optional without being too complex on the days. It has a version of an international cup and an international league. I feel like it checks all the boxes.
Don't worry if it is more complex for the devs :)
The important thing is that people can have some freedom in making their schedules.
The issue with the inter league is that it might damage the national league, and it makes people play minimum 2 official games every week. Some people only want to play the league.
The issue with a mandatory inter cup is that you already have one mandatory cup, so you might get kicked out of both cups and you suddenly go from 3 matches to 1 match a week.
That is why I would love to see optional competitions, as I described them in the first post.
Look at this schedule, just when most people start dropping out of the mandatory competitions (CC, NC, LC), optional cups begin.
There you can chase rewards and achievements, or just ignore them and only focus on the league.
EXPLANATION
I made this schedule to show the value of optional international tournaments. Since people focus too much on the league schedule, I made it with dedicated day for league matches.
I still prefer the 13 week plan, which is on the first page.

NT u21 and NT can you make them both Saturday as it now kinda having NT game at work time is supper bad idea :(
I put Senior NT after the League so your important player doesn't get injured on Saturday (day before the league match).
And quit your job, do you love Sokker more or your job :P

Except in my schedule you can't go from 3 matches to 1 match per week, because there is both a national and international league.
You don't make sense when you answer questions.
And now you have extended the schedule out to 15 weeks, something the devs dont want

I make perfect sense.

Why or how would damage international league the national league? I don't really understand. I don't see the reason why. That's two different things. And the people who want only play the sunday league match, they will make big effort only in this, meanwhile their club plays in the other league, too, but without any goal and preparation made be these managers. That's their choice. Same as now with the cup or with the junior league.
Other people want 2 fix matches a week through the whole season - and that can be solved with int league, and you know that also, I guess.
For me, it wouldn't be too much that at the start of the season, until falling out from cups, we would have the 2 league matches and the 2 cup matches. Soon the most teams will be out from cup, so there will remain the 2 fix matches / week. But with this schedule, we would need 4 matchdays, not 3. (+NT and U21 and maybe even junior league matches as well)

Why or how would damage international league the national league?
Because people would have a backup (aka International League). After a few bad results in the REAL league, some would focus on the int. league. That is how it would damage the national league, which is the central part of Sokker.
I think that devs have already announced that they want managers to fight for every position in the league, and I think that would be awesome. How do you achieve that by giving people a backup league...? Now, if you say something like, "We would make it less important, less money from tickets, etc.," then you are basically proposing a friendly league.
Also, I am trying to offer a system that is adjustable for every user. You are talking about 2 matches a week as if everybody wants that.

For me, 3 matches a week is the best, and 2 matches a week is easier managable. But when we are thinking in these numbers, we often forget, that in the cup we will falling out after a time. And what will be after that on the days of the cups? With the int. league we would have fix matches through the whole season, without questions.
And why is so bad to have a "backup" league? For beginners it sounds even better than cups, because of the matches are in the league guaranteed.
