Subject: [idea] dev log for third party apps

@raul there are a lot third party apps that people use to play sokker as skunk, oskker custom ntdb all those relay on sokker we will need some kinda dev log to support them and best case scenario when and what will be deploy on production for sokker maybe even acces to test env so we can develop in parallel
