Subject: [idea] Reforms NT and U21

Here I would now like to list an overview of the ideas and suggestions already mentioned so that we know what has already been discussed and what has not. I would agree to moderate this thread (if that would be allowed?). In the first post I will keep up to date.

Even if the DEV's have not paid much attention to this topic, it is my intention to collect the first ideas here, so that we can discuss them in the corresponding threads. Although many topics can overlap with others, I would like to ask for concrete ideas, so that we can discuss/decide more easily and don't have to link one idea with another idea.

For me there are the following relevant areas:

1) Election/replacement elections
- U21+NT: Deputy of the elected coach/replacement election
- Elections (who win the elections? oldest manager or other system?)

2) Qualification and World Championships
- World Cup players limits
- NT+U21 Mode Change World Qualification and WC?, see also too: [GD] National Teams competitions

3) Relationship between the advantages and disadvantages of a player's nomination and assignment of a player

4) Statistics (perpetual scorer list and players with the most bets)

5) General about the NT and U21
- Visibility of skills
- Protect NT players -> ACCEPTED!
- Player can change his nation
- NT players with red cards

-Minimize risk of injury?
-Compensation of the club for the assignment of a national player?
-Reorganisation World Championships/Qualification?
-Local Continental Championships (European Championship, Copa America, Asia, Africa?)
-Appointment of scouts (through official channels)? What are they allowed to do, what not? or appointment of an assistant coach?
