What about shirt numbers on players? Would be a nice touch to be able to see your player with a custom number on the pitch.
Changing the number would be only allowed on the start of the season (week 0) or when the player joins the squad (by transfer/junior)

Also, it would be nice to make money from the sale of shirts. Maybe have an access to a rank where we can see which player is selling more shirts...
