an idea for the retire of players

-every new player to have a random hidden number between for example 34-42 this will be the retirement age
- 1 or 2 season before the retirement age that number will become visible
- with the start of the season that will be retired, the player automaticaly will unlink from his team like as he do now with the Sack

Maybe only if the player doesn't play any official games during the season. But, if he doesn't play, probably the owner will fire him anyway...

Or stamina! A player who drops down below 5 (average) stamina, above the age of 30 will announce his retirement after the end of the season!

i ve seen some good players with really low stamina but yes possiblity

But I don't think this is a problem currently. I mean, old players already drop skills and eventually become useless to their clubs and get fired. Why to force it?

It you think they keep playing for too long, then adjust the algorithm of the skill drops. But I think it's a good feature to let people the freedom to choose when they want to fire their players

player should tell one season in advance that this is going to be his last season and then retire
