In the discussions, I see many people talking about inflation. Most players look only at the demand side. And the players suggest to regulate the demand . However, I think that a more effective, real and fun way to deal with the inflation problem is through supply incentives
(if the increase in supply is greater than the increase in demand, the market will bring prices to a new lower breakeven point).

For me, the best way to increase the supply of players in the market is through the obligation to maintain a soccer school that is part of the youth league.

(I will edit the topic with the main opposing arguments, arguments in favor and solutions propoused by the managers)

Contrary arguments:
1- High cost to maintain a soccer school.
2- More rules is bad.
3- More difficulties for new players to comply with the rules.

Solution
1- Reduction of costs to maintain a school. Maybe it's time to review the cost of the school so that all players have the financial means to maintain that school. it is time to review the policy 3 assistants for example. I think 2 technical assistants would be enough. In this way, the value that was previously used for the third assistant, can be channeled to the junior coach. In addition, the price for each junior can be reduced by 25%
3- Eleven Juniors entering the school at the same time as creating the team for new users. The new players would receive a coach (good for exemplo) and a cast of 11 players on the junior team and 6 more open spots waiting for new juniors on Saturday.

Arguments in favor
1- More engagement with the game. More and more users will log in on Saturdays and Thursdays to check on the evolution of their youth roster.
2- Sokker closer to real life.
3- Increase in the supply of players in the market. This increase in the supply of players will resolve the imbalances in the transfer market once and for all.
